I bought a pair of Hush Puppies on April 3. As they fitted well I obviously didn't keep the ticket. Last week however, I saw that the soles of both shoes were coming loose, so I called the store to ask if it was still possible to do something about it. Their answer was very polite and very satisfying.
Today I went back to the store and got a new pair of (different) Hush Puppies.
