SCAM!!
I just received the same type of email with an attachment... see excerpt below
"Since I have been unsuccessful in locating the relatives for over years now I seek your consent to
Present you as the next of kin of the deceased since you have the same last name, so that the proceeds of this account valued at 29.5 million dollars can be paid to you and then you and me can share the money. I have all necessary legal documents that can be used to back up any claim we may make. All I require is your honest cooperation to enable us seeing this deal through."
Oh Really?!?!? These people have way to much time on their hands...
the joys of spam!
Ive just recieved the exact same email as you!! I googles his name and found your page which has somewhat amused me :)

Best wishes - kate
identity theft and scammers
It is amusing to what extent this characters could go.
It is obvious that they target the name of successful individuals and try to pass of as those people.
I know of one Ken Ahia, who runs a successful legal practice.
He cannot be involved in this type of scam.
The scammers use names of successful lawyers like Olisa Agbakoba, Mike Ozaokome, Rotimi Williams and banker like Charles Soludo.
Ignore such messages when you see it.
